All your apps,
singing from one inbox.
One home for all your apps' email. Send, receive and reply for every app you build, from one account and one bill. Built on Amazon SES.
The off-key part
Email tools were tuned for one big product
If you ship lots of small things, you pay again for each one, juggle three dashboards, and find out about limits the hard way.
A new bill for every app
Each new project means another email plan, another inbox seat, another set of keys to manage. It adds up before you have a single user.
Send here, receive there
One tool for app email, another for forwarding, a third for the support inbox. Three dashboards for one tiny product.
Silent limits
Hit a daily cap and some tools just stop sending while your app thinks everything went out.
How it works
A piece in three movements
One API and one dashboard for the whole round trip, for every app you connect.
Send
One POST from any of your apps. Delivery, bounces and complaints come back to you, tracked per message.
Receive
Mail to anything@yourdomain lands in the inbox, gets forwarded, or hits your webhook. You set the rules per address.
Reply
Answer from the dashboard or the API. Threading headers are set for you, so replies stay in the same Gmail thread.

The parts SES leaves to you, already written
Amazon SES is great, cheap infrastructure. Everything around it is the product.
Every app, one account
Each app gets its own API key, sender address, inbox and logs, all under one login and one bill.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC done right
Custom MAIL FROM and DKIM out of the box, so Gmail and Yahoo see aligned, authenticated mail.
Your existing inbox stays safe
Inbound runs on a subdomain by default, so pointing mail at us never breaks the Workspace or Zoho inbox you already have.
Signed webhooks with the full body
Sent, delivered, bounced, complained and received events, signed with HMAC. Inbound webhooks include the parsed body, no second fetch.
Logs you can search
Every message and event, inbound and outbound, searchable by app, address or status.
Loud limits, never silent ones
Hit a limit and you get a clear 429 with the reason, plus an email. Your app is never left guessing.
Early pricing
Pay for email, not for every app
Two simple plans, no free tier. Paid accounts keep spammers out, which keeps your emails landing in inboxes.
Sent and received emails both count. Prices are still being tuned, and waitlist members hear about changes first.
Side by side
More in the box, less on the bill
Most email tools do one part well and charge per domain for it. Indie hackers end up stacking two or three of them per project.
The usual stack
- Resend Pro$20/mo
- Google Workspace seat$7/mo
$27per month
Two dashboards, two bills, and still capped at 10 sending domains.
Mailodee Indie
3x less- Send, receive and reply for up to 10 apps
- One inbox, one set of logs, one bill
$9per month
20,000 emails a month, sent and received.
| Tool | Send from your apps | Receive on your domain | Inbox and reply | Many domains, one plan | Built for apps | Price |

Resend Capped at 10 domains on Pro and 3 on free. Free pauses silently at 100 emails a day. | Yes | Partly, with limits | No | Partly, with limits | Yes | $20/mo Pro |
Google Workspace Built for people. About 2,000 messages a day, and app mail shares your personal reputation. | Partly, with limits | Yes | Yes | Partly, with limits | No | $7–8/user/mo |
Zoho Mail free One domain only, and no IMAP or POP, so your apps can't use it. | Partly, with limits | Yes | Yes | No | No | Free |
ImprovMX Forwarding only. One domain on free, and no SMTP sending without paying. | Partly, with limits | Yes | No | Partly, with limits | No | Free for 1 domain |
Cloudflare Email Routing is receive-only and needs Cloudflare DNS. Sending is a Workers-only beta. | Partly, with limits | Partly, with limits | No | Partly, with limits | Partly, with limits | Free, then $0.35/1k |
Amazon SES Raw infrastructure. You build the dashboard, inbox, bounces and abuse controls yourself. | Yes | Partly, with limits | No | Yes | Partly, with limits | $0.10/1k emails |
